1. Laboratory Research Use Only (Strict Compliance)

All products distributed by Kits4less are intended strictly for IN-VITRO LABORATORY RESEARCH USE ONLY.

  • Prohibited Use: Products are not intended for human or animal consumption, medical diagnosis, therapeutic use, or any clinical applications.

  • Buyer Acknowledgment: By purchasing, you represent that you are a qualified professional or affiliated with a recognized research institution. You acknowledge that the compounds have not been evaluated by the FDA for safety or efficacy in humans.

  • Termination of Service: Any communication suggesting the intent to use these products for human or veterinary purposes will result in an immediate and permanent ban from our platform and the cancellation of all pending orders.

2. Analytical Integrity & Testing

At Kits4less, we provide high-fidelity compounds verified through third-party analysis.

  • COA Data: We provide batch-specific Certificates of Analysis (COA) including HPLC and Mass Spectrometry (MS) data.

  • Discrepancy Protocol: In the event of a verified analytical discrepancy (supported by independent HPLC/MS data from a recognized lab), Kits4less will provide a replacement or credit as outlined in our Analytical Integrity Guarantee.

3. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

  • Assumption of Risk: The purchaser assumes all risks associated with the handling, storage, and laboratory use of the chemicals provided.

  • Indemnity: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kits4less, its directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or legal expenses arising from the misuse of these products or any violation of this agreement.

  • No Medical Advice: No information provided on this site should be construed as medical advice or dosing instructions.

4. Shipping & Logistics Protocol

  • Domestic Focus: We ship exclusively within the United States.

  • Carrier Responsibility: Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier (USPS/UPS/FedEx), the risk of loss transfers to the purchaser.

  • Seizure/Loss: We offer a one-time free reshipment for packages confirmed lost in transit by the carrier. We do not provide refunds for incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

5. Payment & Security

  • Transaction Finality: Due to the sensitive nature of biochemical reagents, all sales are final once the product has been dispatched from our facility.

  • Payment Methods: We utilize secure, encrypted gateways for credit card processing and offer cryptocurrency options for enhanced privacy.

6. Storage & Handling Requirements

7. Intellectual Property

8. Governing Law

This agreement and any sales facilitated through this site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

9. Modifications to Agreement

Kits4less reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Research Agreement.
