Refund & Return Policy

At Kits4less, we maintain a strict quality-controlled environment to ensure the chemical and molecular integrity of our research compounds. Because our products are sensitive, lyophilized, and vacuum-sealed reagents, our refund policy differs from standard consumer electronic or retail policies.

1. Finality of Research Procurement

Due to the specialized nature of biochemical reagents and the requirement for climate-controlled storage, all sales are final. Once a product has departed our fulfillment center, we can no longer guarantee that its molecular integrity has been maintained if returned. Therefore, we do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind or project cancellation.

  • Incompatibility with specific laboratory protocols.

  • Accidental procurement of incorrect quantities or concentrations.

2. Analytical Discrepancy Guarantee

We stand behind the analytical purity of our products. If you believe a compound does not meet the specifications listed on the Certificate of Analysis (COA), we provide the following resolution pathway:

  • Independent Analysis: The researcher must provide a report from an independent, reputable third-party laboratory (e.g., JanoShik, Clarus, or equivalent) utilizing HPLC/MS methodology.

  • Verification: If the independent analysis confirms a purity or identity defect (below the >99% threshold or incorrect molecular weight), Kits4less will provide a full replacement of the affected batch or a 100% refund of the purchase price.

3. Logistical & Delivery Protection

We guarantee that your reagents will arrive at your destination in their intended physical state.

  • Damaged Vials: If a vial arrives with a compromised seal or broken glass, you must contact orders@kits4lessusa.com within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of the packaging and the damage. We will issue a replacement or store credit immediately.

  • Non-Delivery: If a domestic package is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier (e.g., USPS/UPS/FedEx), we will provide a one-time free reshipment.

  • Address Errors: We do not offer refunds or reshipments for orders with incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at the time of purchase.

4. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled if the request is received before the package has entered the “Completed” or “Shipped” status. Once a tracking number has been generated and the product has left our facility, the order can no longer be cancelled or refunded.

5. Refund Processing

In the event that a refund is authorized (due to a verified quality defect or inventory error):

  • Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the researcher’s preference.

  • Timeline: Please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your financial statement. For Cryptocurrency refunds, the refund will be issued in the equivalent USD value at the time of the authorized refund.
