1. Domestic USA Operations

Kits4less ships exclusively within the United States. By maintaining a domestic fulfillment model, we eliminate the risks associated with international customs, ensuring a faster and more secure transit for your research reagents.

  • Fulfillment Center: All orders are dispatched from our climate-controlled facility in the USA.

  • PO Boxes: We ship to all standard residential and business addresses, including PO Boxes.

2. Dispatch & Transit Times

We prioritize rapid turnaround to minimize the time reagents spend in transit:

  • Processing Time: Orders typically undergo verification and dispatch within 24–48 hours (Monday–Friday).

  • Transit Duration: Most domestic shipments arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch.

  • Tracking: A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been processed, allowing your research team to coordinate a timely receipt.

3. Molecular Stability & Thermal Handling

Because our products are vacuum-sealed and lyophilized (freeze-dried), they possess a high degree of thermal stability.

  • Ambient Transit: Our compounds are stable at ambient temperatures during the standard shipping window.

  • Protective Packaging: We utilize discreet, crush-resistant, and UV-shielded packaging to protect glass vials from light exposure and physical impact during handling.

  • Post-Arrival Protocol: We strongly recommend that all compounds be transferred to a dedicated laboratory refrigerator (2-8°C) or freezer (-20°C) immediately upon arrival.

4. Shipping Fees & Incentives

  • Standard Shipping: Flat-rate shipping is applied to all domestic orders.

  • Tiered Shipping: Orders exceeding a specific threshold (e.g., $600) may qualify for Complimentary Priority Shipping.

5. Discretion & Privacy

We respect the privacy of your research. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging. The exterior of the package will not reference “peptides,” “chemicals,” or “Kits4less.” The sender name is listed as a neutral fulfillment entity to ensure maximum confidentiality.

6. Delivery Guarantee & Reshipment Policy

We guarantee the arrival of your order to the address provided at checkout:

  • Lost in Transit: If a package is confirmed “Lost” by the carrier (e.g., no tracking movement for 10+ business days), Kits4less will provide a one-time free reshipment.

  • Damaged Goods: In the event of a compromised seal or broken vial, you must provide photographic evidence within 24 hours of delivery to orders@kits4lessusa.com for a replacement to be issued.

  • Incorrect Address: Kits4less is not responsible for non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses (e.g., missing apartment or suite numbers). Please verify all data before finalizing your order.
